Masterfully Handwoven in the Faridan region of western Persia. Signed and dated 1974.
Handwoven using sustainably sourced local handspun wool and organic dyes.
Featuring a unique Afhsan Toranj motif with deep navy background colour and bright red and yellow details.

340 × 220 CM (11'2" × 7'3"), DRAWN TO SCALE WITH TYPICAL AUSTRALIAN FURNITURE SIZES.
A 4-seater sofa along the long side with its front legs on the rug and 40 cm of rug past each arm, a coffee table on the rug. It is not deep enough for armchairs opposite as well.
A 180 × 90 cm table with 65 cm of rug beyond its sides and 80 cm past its ends, so the chairs stay on the rug when they are pulled out.
Under the lower part of a king bed with 79 cm of rug showing on each side, so your feet land on it either side of the bed.
