Acceptance and scope

These terms apply to everyone who uses dyadartisans.com and to every order placed through it. We may refuse an order, or close an account, if they are broken.

The photographs, text and design of this site belong to Dyad Artisans. Please do not copy, reproduce or sell any part of it without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may change the site and these terms at any time. The current version is always on this page, and it is your responsibility to check it from time to time. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Products and your rights

Most of our pieces are one of a kind and are also offered in the gallery, so a piece can sell there while you are looking at it here. If a piece you have ordered has already sold, we will tell you and refund you in full. Returns and exchanges follow our Returns and Exchange policy.

We photograph every piece carefully, but screens show colour differently, so we cannot guarantee that yours shows a colour exactly as it is.

We may limit the quantity of any product sold to one person, household or region, and we may change a description or withdraw a product at any time.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights.

Orders and accounts

We may refuse or cancel any order, and may limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order, including orders placed through the same account, card or address. If we change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you gave us. We may also decline orders that appear to be for resale, other than through a trade account.

Please give us current, complete and accurate details with every order, and keep your account details up to date. Payment details are entered with Stripe, our payment provider, and are never held by us. You are responsible for keeping your account password private.

Emails and the newsletter

When you order, we use your details to process and deliver it and to contact you about it. We send our newsletter only to people who subscribe or tick the newsletter box on one of our forms. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every issue, or by contacting us at pouria@dyadartisans.com or +61 432 627 822. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dyad Artisans is not liable for any loss or damage caused by using this website or any website linked to or from it. If we cancel an order, we will refund everything you paid, by the method you paid with.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by a late delivery. Please check your delivery address carefully: we cannot be responsible for an address entered incorrectly. Full detail is on our Shipping and Handling page.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. They may change without notice, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. We may change or pause the site at any time.

Payments are charged in Australian dollars. If you pay with a buy-now-pay-later service, its own terms also apply. Orders sent overseas may attract duties and taxes in the destination country; these are not included in your order total and are payable on delivery.

This site may link to websites owned and run by others. Dyad Artisans is not responsible for their content or how they operate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
