Architects, with specific rooms.
Bespoke is for when a room calls for a carpet the corpus does not contain.
A heritage practice with a Federation hallway needs a 612 × 142 runner; a collector wants a re-knotted reading of a museum-floor Hadji Jalili; a client's palette refuses to align with anything in the index. We commission to the atelier that knotted the rug above your head, with the same Z-spun kurk, the same madder root, the same hand.
Each commission is a written brief: region, foundation, palette, motif vocabulary, room, translated into a verso-marked work order signed by the master.
Four stages, twelve hands.
