As a result of the global pandemic, our shipping costs have increased to about 400% pre-pandemic level, combined with the extended and repeated lockdowns this has impacted our ability to deliver the quality and variety of the goods that our customers have come to expect from us over the past few years.
By pre-ordering you can help us in meeting these upfront costs while reserving your special item and receiving a 30% discount.
Pre-ordering payment terms
Our Pre-ordering system has been designed to give you maximum peace of mind and flexibility, As such only a pre-payment of 30% of the items, full price is required at the time of ordering. Considering the 30% pre-ordering discount, the remaining 40% would be charged only at the time of delivery and after you have seen and approved the item in person.
Pre-ordering change of mind terms
We are sure that you would love your pre-ordered piece upon first sight, however in order to make this process as risk free for you as possible, we are happy to provide you with store credit for the full amount of your pre payment in case of change of mind at any point during this process.
Pre-ordering delivery times
Each pre-order item has an estimated delivery date, please pay attention to this when ordering. While we will do our best in order to have your items ready by the delivery date, please be aware that variations of up to 2 weeks might occur in certain circumstances.
